I have been reading the web and the CIC website but still confused, pls help.
Here is my case:
I've been offered a regular full-time job as a senior electrical specialist (NOC: 2133) by an oil and gas company in calgary.
I had just my LMO approved and then will apply for a temporary work permit.
My questions now are:
1. How can we (me and my wife) apply for a Permanent Resident Status from inside Canada? Is this even possible?
2. In what category will I fall? I've been thinking Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) is applicable to me. However, to apply on this category an Arrange Employment Opinion (AEO) is needed which I donot have. I only have an LMO. Is there a way around thru this?
Is there a way for me to apply before 2yrs which is classified under Canadian Experience Class (CEC). I'm looking for a way to apply for PR as soon as we arrive in Calgary.
Please help.
