Chikku0801,

You don't need a rental agreement to invite your parents on Visitor Visa. But what document you have as a proof of your residency ?

Hi InfoSec,

I have my and my spouse work permit documents, our bank account details, Notice of assessment. this are all document I am sending to them should I send my and my spouse paystubs as well. Please advise.

the other thing I want to mention is that as I am living in rental home, all my ID's has my uncle's address on it(Who is a permanent resident of Canada) and on the invitation letter as well I have mentioned his address. is that fine.

Rule of thumb... before assuming anything first do a full research on the documents that will be requested.

You can do it here:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/eligibility.asp

Anyway, no you don't need a proof of anything related to where you live. The most you will be needing is some contact information in your invitation letter (which in your case will be your residential address and phone number).

Any one please advise if the above documents are ok for the submission of the TRV for the parents.

Which documents?

There are different depending on which country you apply from. Regardless the generic one is this one which points to specific documentation based on country of residence. This is the one we have been using successfully for over 5 years now applying from different parts of the world. Good starting point IMO.

I have a similar question.

Do we even need to send letter of invitation to family members for them to apply for visitor's Visa?

Canada accept lots of visitors each year, and most of them don't have a relative in Canada. As far as I know, apply simply as a tourist visitor is the easiest way to come to Canada and a visa can be valid for as along as 10 years.

My family members would like to visit, and they prefer not to have me involved in their application to simplify the matter, but they plan to live with me during their visit.

My question is, it that allowed? Do they need to declare a relative in Canada on their application?

I have a PR application in progress. Will their visitor's visa application and their visit affect my application in any way?

Thanks for any advice!

Friends,

I, XXXXX & XXXXXX, are residing at XXXXXX, Calgary, AB XXXX. We are both holding work permits for the last two years . We have also applied for our permanent residency under the Canadian Experience Class category for which we have received a positive eligibility response from CIC.

Can I write the above paragraph. Please advise.

Also I am sending our 2013 NOA, Bank Statements and our workpermit as a proof. Is there any thing else we have to send. Please advise.
