Hello
I have a rather specific question to which I could not find an answer. Would appreciate if someone could help.
My husband has been employed with a company for over a year (he is now with a different company).
He has been employed in a position that in NOC B. After around 6 months he was asked if he could "jump in" and temporarily work as a machine operator because they were short staffed.
He was still officially employed in his original position. After around 3 months he was returned back to his original job and continued to work in that position for the rest of his employment.
His employer does not consider this a transfer and has given him a reference letter stating that he was employed in his original position throughout his employment.
Could this be a problem with his application because without those 3 months he does not have full 12 months of skilled employment?
Thank you in advance for any help.
