Temporary Tourist Visa Question Very Urgent Pls

Hi,

My Temporary Tourist Visa Expires on 4th sept 2010, Can i enter canada if i go tomorrow. I want to know if they will give me stay for 6 months or they will only give me stay for 2 days until my visa is valid... PLease reply becuase my inland application spouse is in process and i had leave Canada because of personal matter and now i am going backk.

Hello,
of course you should enter and on port of entry officer will ask you reason of visit and most of the time visa is issued for 6 months which you can always try to renew your visa until your sponsorship application will be finalized

hurry on book your flight and enter with your visitor visa

You can apply for an extension up until the day before your visa expires. Once you have applied, you can remain in Canada until they approve or deny the extension.
