Most scores are around 400. 468 or more if you are fluent in both languages and have a PhD. So there is no way you have 743. If you live in Quebec, they have their own immigration program.
I think they are assuming points for PNP or something.

2- if we don't, would it affect my ex-partner in the case of applying for a post-graduation work permit?
So long they mention their current marital status correctly, they will be fine.

Meanwhile, if they have to apply for TRV etc, they will have to fill the status properly.

1- Are we obligated to inform the IRCC of this situation?
Thats a tricky question. Your current status in Canada is NOT dependent on your continued marriage. BUT any further status will require that you have a valid reason. If it is not being married to a Student/PGWP holder, then you will need someother eligibility for your open work permit.

3-What are the probabilities to get permanent residence on my own after having an open work permit?
Unrelated. You can take a look at your CSR score and where yo lie on CSR ranking stack.

Thanks for the last answers.

I've been considering what other options I might have and I was thinking in apply for a study permit. After finishing, I could apply for a post graduation working permit... But I'm wondering, how likely or easy is to get a study permit after you've got a OWP? is there any restrictions in this sense?

There's no restriction. You're free to apply. You'll want to make sure your planned studies in Canada make sense in light of your previous education and work experience. Your planned studies in Canada should show a progression in studies.

why it would be an issue?

Unfortunately some people have already decided to separate or are already separated but don’t inform IRCC because they want PR or the OWP. Once in Canada they go their separate ways or remsain in the same household for a few months to try to appear as if they are still together.
