Temporary Resident Visa Refused | Need to apply for reconsideration

Good afternoon,

PLEASE ADVISE SHOULD I APPLY FOR RECONSIDER OF MY APPLICATION

I am writing this thread as I want to apply as remonstration for the rejection of my visa application I received from the Canada Embassy dated October 06th, 2019. My visa application was refused for the reason that my

1. “Based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence”.
Firstly, I have given complete information in IMM5645 E require as proof of “my family ties in Pakistan” as a citizen. I am married person and have one school going daughter. She is studying in one of the top ranked private school LGS (Lahore Grammar School). I have my registered companies not only in Pakistan but also in UK and East Africa. I can not leave my daughter and registered business and that shows strongest family and business ties in Pakistan. I don’t have any relative in Canada that’s why I am forced to stay at hotel to exhibit in said show. I have submitted and attached all the required documents.

2. “Based on your personal assets and financial status”.
Secondly, my family has NO RECORD of overstaying visas, illegal immigration or any of that sort. I have very good repute in business community and have registered companies in Pakistan. I have been working in manufacturing, trading & distribution ship since 1998. There are my assets which I have created through my hard efforts. I have also attached my all business documents along with my application as proof

3. “Based on your travel history”
Third and Last, I have studied and live my all life in Pakistan and have been travelling to Middle East, major countries of Europe, Schengen countries since 2008 for business purpose. My travel history record is clear and transparent. My total number of visits are 60 in 35 countries. I usually stay in Hotels and duration was of max 15-20 days. I would also like to point out that I followed the dates of my all granted visa and left from the concerning country before its expiry. If I wanted to be an illegal immigrant in Canada, I have plenty of opportunities to do so during this time. I am astonished enough to find out reason for travel history as a major cause of refusal of my visa. I have clearly attached my travel history.

I don’t understand why I was refused a Temporary Resident Visa when I have shown proofs that I will be coming back to the Pakistan after representing my company in The Franchise Expo OTTAWA ON October 26th & 27th, 2019. I have booked my company stall and made payment in advance to exhibit in said event.

Please advise should I apply for reconsideration of my application for TRV?

No such thing as a reconsideration. You need to re-apply for a TRV.

Pakistanis are really having a hard time getting a Canada Visa even if their profiles are good
As @haseebali mentioned before "Our Pakistani applicants breached the Canadian immigration laws drastically in consequences now genuine applicants are facing refusals it will not resolved until unless Pakistani government takes some serious notice and cooperate with Canadian immigrations."

If you are attending a trade show with the intent of offering franchises, I would think a business visa is required. Have you done business in North America previously? Have you provided documentation to support your plan to offer franchises to Canadians for a company based in Pakistan with no ties to Canada? Who was included in your application? Did you include your Canadian business contacts and history of business dealings? How long a trip did you ask for?

Seems unlikely (playing devils advocate) that someone with zero business ties in Canada would open a booth at a franchise show in Ottawa. Your intent doesn’t match practical reality, hence the refusal.

There is no reconsideration process, try to make a stronger application or get caips notes first if you have time.
