I want to work and study in Canada
Please note, you can only work 20 hours per week while in school. If the aim is to work to finance you tuition, that is not going to work out.. Research the Providence you want to study in and the program you want to do.
Get the relevant documents and work on the funds to pursue that dream.

Just to add that to study and obtain a study permit in Canada you need show that you can pay between 15000-18000 CDN fees and 10000 CDN living expenses per year. Given you can only work 20 hours per week whilst studying often in a minimum wage job you need to take this in to account.

If not mistaken, you can't keep full-time study AND work status at the same time in Canada (academic breaks are exceptions under a study permit). So you need to make a decision before you move forward. Usually it is easier to start with a study plan, however, you will need significant financial ability to support your study in Canada.
