Temporary Health Insurance in Quebec

I'm a Canadian planning to move with my family to Quebec after their permanent residency application is approved. Because we currently reside out of the country, I understand that we won't be eligible for provincial insurance until 3 months after we move there. Can anyone recommend a health insurance company that would provide insurance coverage for my family for that interim period?
