I received a reply from the embassy that they have not received the necessary clearances from their end in Canada to finalize my application and they are asking for my continued patience

I did not know that the decision will be made in Canada, i thought it will be only in the hand of the VO in the embassy.

I am really worry now

I really don't know the meaning but this is the wording of their reply.

Yes i am back ismail. Just cmng back from aramax office after couriering back my passports to the embassy. Monday i will ask my lawyer to get n update on my application.

Next week you should get ur visa dear. Its been a long wait for you.

actually i am hopless and i am not sure when i will get my visa .. now it is 10 weeks !!!

but as i am now in this checks process , which i don not know how long will it take, i have no idea when i will get the visa and also i may not get it

I checked with my lawyer and she told me that as I had requested back my passports in the middle of the process, the Embassy would have also halted my application process and they would resume the process after they will receive my passports on Saturday. This means that my process will also get delayed by 10 more days.
I am not sure as I had already included copies of my passports in my original application package. Embassy could have used that to process the application for the time being.
I will ask my lawyer to get an update on Monday.
Lets see what reply I will get from them.

I am in an impression that we both will get our visas together 'have faith and pray harder.

but why they do that .. the process is running with no relation to the passport !!! i understand that the passport may delay the visa stamping only.

let me know what is their reply.
