So i'm applying under the CEC with one year experience and a bachelor degree. I have 425 points, which isn't enough I guess. Should I retake the IELTS or take the second laguange test ? I'm not very sure how I can up my points , is there any other way apart from taking the language tests ?
i'm already working in canada so i'm not sure if PNP could be something I could apply to ?
