Technical Problems - CIC

Hi,
I'm trying to upload documents to the CIC for the purpose of my Bridging of Work Permit application (online) and I keep getting error messages saying Validation error: You have not completed the mandatory fields or you have not completed them correctly. Please make corrections where indicated. Error Description: Document is not a valid PDF file

The file i'm trying to upload is a pdf saved through Adobe Reader and is not over the 4mb maximum. I have tried all I know and nothing is working. I have to get the application submitted today as my visa expires on Monday.

Any advise is much appreciated.

Which browser are you using? I had to do this last year and it wouldn't work through Chrome (on a mac) so I had to use Safari. Try a different browser and see if that helps maybe.

i used all possible browsers and still giving me error. i can not upload my documents !

I had the same problem all day today. Will try again tomorrow... maybe no one is doing maintenance on the weekends.
