How can I withdraw? I dont have any idea about withdrawal.

send them a letter of request that u want to withdrow ur case and they will send your documents within a week

I don't think so TCS tracking number can be used as a reliable source for tracking your application status. It can maximum be tracked for delivery ....
I filed my case through normal tcs and next day it was delivered and it is showing the same delivered since then.
