I sent my application on Friday the 11th but due to the Thanksgiving long weekend it was received today - 10/16.
My visitor visa expires late next month I'm assuming I should apply for a visa extension just in case anything goes wrong so I'm not out of status but how long should I ask for? I was thinking 12 months.
