Taxes!

I'm sure this question has been answered a ton before, but I just called the CRA and they were not very helpful (or maybe they were and I am just dumb!).

Here is my situation: I am a permanent resident of Canada, and my husband is a resident of the United States. He lives there, and I live in Ontario. What do I do differently on my taxes? We got married last year, and he hasn't spent more than even 5 days in Canada and he didn't have any Canadian income. I don't own/or rent (live with parents for now) any property and he doesn't send me any sort of money for any reason. Is there something I'm missing here? The person on the phone at CRA made it sound so simple, but I don't want to get in any sort of trouble or end up owing some sort of money down the line.

Any help would be awesome, thanks :)

Not sure if you're really asking a question here - you have a non-resident spouse for tax purposes.

If there's something specific that you're confused about, feel free to ask here.
