I just came here 6 weeks ago on my PR visa from marring my wife.

The CRS has asked for documents on how much money I made in Europe since we got married 18 months ago. Do they send a letter to my home country or do I have to request it from my home country?

Thank you, D.

Hello,

Did the CRA ask for the foreign income figures? Or did they ask for supporting documents (tax returns, slips, forms, etc.) from your foreign country that report the income figures?

If the CRA asked for the latter, that is unusual, because the CRA usually just wants you to send them a letter stating your foreign income. Contact the CRA at the provided number, or at 1800-959-8281 to clarify their requirements. A simple letter stating the foreign income figures written and signed by you and your spouse is usually sufficient.

foreign income figures is what they asked for. I will give them screen shots of my bank statement of each month then.

If that's all they asked for, then providing a letter with those stated figures should be fine. You providing screen shots of bank statements also seems adequate.
