I will be landing as a PR in few weeks. It will also be a intra-company transfer working for about 3 months and returning to home country.
During this time I will be paid per diem and I will still be on Indian payroll.
Would I be taxed as a resident or non-resident. Canada has Double taxation avoidance agreement from my country.
