Tax guidance - a weired situation

Hi,

I work outside Canada till now and I file my tax in Pakistan. Now I am moving to Canada and my employer wants to keep me with him. So essentially I will be working with them from Canada/Ontario.

Employer says we will offer you x-amount (annual) in CAD and after tax money will be given in either in Pakistan or in Canada. I don;t know. The formaula is :

annual amount - applicable taxes in Canada = (x-amount)/12 = monthly slary to be paid either in pak or Canada.

My question is that if I go with the formula how I am going to file tax in Canada and if I have to file tax in Canada then I need to use my monthly amount for that or what.

Or Shall I ask my employer to pay my taxes too.

My employer is US based and does not have any existence in Canada.
