I am Canadian Citizen and got married last year and living with my spouse in India at the moment.My spouse PR processing is going on at New Delhi Embassy...I notified about the status change to married to CRA last year when I got married....
1.I should file my Canadian taxes for the year 2012 as married and rest will be the same...Right or Wrong ?
2. Whether my Spouse should file her taxes on her name with zero income or not.She is not yet PR and not landed in Canada ?
In Canada every one has to file individually there own tax filings....
