Tatkal PCC from 'Toronto' Indian Consulate while on Implied status

hi All.

I got an ITA a week back. My work permit has expired and my company applied for extension on 20th Jan, this means that I am working on implied status. I am planning to go to consulate and take photo copy of My approved LMIA and the Application submission confirmation for my WP extension. Can anyone advise if this will help me get the PCC in Tatkal mode?

Any specific process that I need to be aware of?

I have not heard of Tatkal for PCC. Mine was urgent as well, they did it in a week here at BLS Vancouver.

No I had couple of weeks left on my WP.
