Taking recreational flight lessons while on LMIA Work Permit

Hi,
While I plan to take recreational flight lessons for a private license, I find there are conditions listed on my Work Permit:

2. UNLESS AUTHORIZED, PROHIBITED FROM ATTENDING ANY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION, OR TAKING ANY ACADEMIC, PROFESSIONAL OR VOCATIONAL TRAINING COURSE.
```
In this case, can I pursue my private pilot license for recreational purposes in Canada?

By the way, I'm also looking for friends who learned before or tend to learn in the future together.
