I got enrolled in a 2 year graduate certificate course. Shall I start on this fall. Can I get stamped and go on January as I don't have money to pay my second year fees. I planned to pay by part time and GIC. If I start this fall and move, then I can able to pay but if Iam forced to do second sem also then I won't be able to pay my fees. Is it wise to do online or shall I defer? please guide me
