Taking away a letter of support?

If a person got a PR (by provincial nomination provram)and didn't settle in these province. Is it possible to take away a letter of support which would cause to invalidation the PR?

In theory yes. Though I haven't heard of it happening. I don't know if such checks are done prior to Citizenship. The Provincial sponsorship however is based on an "intention to live in a Province", so it may work in the favor of the sponsored.
