I have done my PGDM in banking and finance from SCDL. As SCDL is not a part of WES list of universities. What should be done to gain additional points for doing an MBA ????

The MBA would have to be from a school recognized by WES. You would also have to complete the MBA before you can get any points under EE.

Hi Rahul,

I will suggest do not include SCDL to save time. As in my case they rejected it.

Credential Authentication: Official transcripts were sent directly by the institution
Country: India
Credential: Postgraduate Diploma
Year: XXXX
Awarded by: Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning
Institution Status: Non-recognized
Major/Specialization: Business Administration

Thanks for all your inputs. My current score is 386. And if at all my MBA would have been taken into consideration it would have moved to 406.

Did you get updates if scdl is recognised or not? Reason I ask this is because on wes website, recognised ones are which who are there in naac.gov list. And on naac.gov.in, scdl is recognised!!

Check for yourself on WES site. It is free and takes 10 minutes to identify what your degree is worth in Canada.

Hi All,

Last time I logged into WES i was not able to see SCDL as an option, and that is why I went ahead without including it. However, now I can see Symbiosis Centre for Distance learning in the WES list of institutions drop down.

Is there anyone who has gone ahead and got his Degree verified recently from WES. I don't know if they have changed something or not but I am quite sure SCDL was not in there list of institutions before.

Anyone pls help
