My husband and I both currently hold PGWPs. My PGWP is set to expire in September 2024, while his visa is valid until September 2026. Given the recent high scores for Express Entry, our points currently fall short for eligibility until late June. I was wondering, can I apply for a SWOP using my husband's PGWP (Considering he is employed) after my own PGWP expires?
