Hello all, please I need your thoughts on this. I plan to bring my parents here on a visiting visa then search for job to switch to work visa. The intent is to get a PR in the long run (if we don't get picked in the random parents-grand parents route). I don't know if I should get a regular visiting visa for them or a super visa, that way they won't worry about leaving the country in 6 months. But then, I also don't know if it'll be a waste getting a super visa then they switch to work permit in just a few months. Please let me know your thoughts on this plan and if it's even possible, including any pros and cons I should have in mind. Thanks in advance.

If you meet LICO and they plan to stay long term then supervisa. Your parents would need a job offer with LMIA first. They should take IELTS. Once they get they job offer they need to prove they can do the job so make sure they have their employment letters. Are your parents skilled workers? Age? It will be difficult for them to find LMIA and get approved work permit.
