Hi, guys. I have two questions need to consult.

1. I am working in Canada as a food service supervisor for almost four years), according to 4 years limit policy, I can't apply fifth year after I done my four years work permit. But if my employer would like to promote me as an assistant manager.(NOC 0). Am I qualify to exempt 4 years limit? And get my new work permit?
2. Does my employer still needs to go through by LMIA if she wanna promote me as an assistant manager (same employer)?

Thank you!
