I'm finally back in the US. Got my visa in the passport last Thursday at the NY consulate. Haven't made plans for landing yet.

I do have a question about PPR and photo requirement, hope you won't mind me asking...do they specify the size of the photo? is it the same as the photo for the application or a 2x2 (US passport) photo size is ok?

the size of the photo is 4.5cmX3.5cm if i remember correctly.
