SVO shifted to the same location as PVO

[beeingwaitingtoolong]

Hi guys,

My PVO / SVO was Van / CIC Syd.
Now my PVO / SVO is Van / Van.
My current progress is Eligibility: Recommend Passed; Security: Not Started.
Anyone know it is a good sign or means nothing?
Thank you!
