This requires lawyers who specialize in international surrogacy and perhaps adoption since donor eggs are being used especially if you don’t have a partner so the child would not be biologically related to any family member. Would also make sure you have plenty of time in Nigeria after the birth of the child and purchase private emergency medical insurance when your child comes back to Canada because in most provinces your child will need citizenship before they qualify for provincial healthcare and that can take up to a year.
