Surname I ielts exam form

Hi

Can any of you kind souls help me in figuring out what to write in Surname box when I register for my IELTS. My passport has Surname as blank and whole name is written in given name. I cannot leave the Surname blank on the form as it won't submit without it.

Try calling IELTS and book the exam and pay over the phone rather than doing it online.
