Surname Differences (shortend) between Certificates and Passport

Hi

My surname (of 3 words) has been expanded in passport but in my degree certificates it is mentioned as FIRST NAME + starting letter of surname

Example
Certificate : Jack A A A
Passport : Jack Andrew Antony Amborse

Will there be any problem in CIC portal because of this NAME issues?
DO I need to any other proofs for it?
In what name WES will provide the certificate? ( while creating the login, i gave my full name as per the passport)
Is there anything else i need to do like consult a advocate for legal copy of shortend of surname?

So I need to submit the affidavit to CIC during upload of WES document

Will there be multiple options to upload document s apart from WES

Secondly, Should the affidavit pre-dated because right from school certificates till Master degree has the shortned name?
