I'm 22yrs old, Filipino. My uncle (Ontario, Naturalized Citizen) will be sponsoring my trip to Canada (around nov2018)

I have an Employment Letter dated 23March 2018. But we change the plan of submitting the application on July15. (Because at first we plan to submit on April or early May)

Is it okay? or should I need an updated Employment Letter and other document with issued date??
How much time(limit) says it's acceptable to CIC Officer?

Yes it's better to uodate the letter. And bank statements as well.
