Hello,

Appreciate your guidance with applying for Visitor Visa Application from Pakistan.

I am a canadian citizen and planning to apply visit visa for my sister to visit next year in June for a month.

Following is my sister profile:

- Married with 2 kids.
- 33 years old.
- Working since last 5 years as teacher.
- Funds available in personal account $7k to $8K CAD. Can also provide her husband's bank statement for additonal funds, if that helps. Husband runs his own business.
- No travel history.
- No property in her name. Owns 1 car under her name, if that can be accounted as an asset (likely not).

My question is that in order to assure immigration officer that she will return after 1 month of visit, should I only apply for her without kids and husband. Will that be enough to support that she will return as she has strong ties in Pakistan. Initially, we were planning to apply for her and the kids (total 3 person).

2nd question is that having $7k to $8K CAD available funds is enough to support financial requirements?

Also, considering her profile how can i make her application better.

Appreciate your help.

A month visit is far too long . Best to only apply for her. Husband & kids are the ties. Is your parents here ?

Apply on her own. She doesn’t have enough funds for her kids so include spouse’s funds. Current funds may only cover airfare. A month long visit is too long with little funds. She wants to show to enough funds to support a visit plus still have funds left over. Don’t want to show that using all funds to travel to Canada. $7-8K is okay for one person and a visit of 2 weeks.
