Myself and my husband working in USA, My husband is a Canadian citizen and he is working in USA on TN. He is going to sponsor me Canadian PR from outside(USA) of Canada.what kind of supporting documents can he show to embassy that we will stay in canada while submitting my PR application? Please suggest.

What he'll need to show is 'intent to return' to Canada and related. Use the search using those returns or similar, or just keep your eyes open for related threads. It's not the most common situation but it's not rare.
