Supporting Document - SIN dormant

I lost my citizenship certificate and needed to request one URGENTLY for my account(Social insurance) to lift up for being dormant. However I don't know what supporting documents would I send them to convince that i needed this urgently. On their website it says:
We won’t urgently process your application if it doesn’t include:

• an explanation letter
• supporting documentation

I don't want my application to be sent back to me just because i didn't provide supporting document. Please help I have Child benefits application on process for my newborn baby and i don't know if I will be approved just because my SIN was dormant.

Not sure if getting access to child benefit will be considered as an urgent request.
