Supplementary Information; Your Travels; IMM5562

Hi,
I am filling out the forms to sponsor my husband, but I don't understand what I should fill out in the form IMM 5562. Does my huband has to fill out his travels since he was 18 in the "you" section and I should fill out my travels in the "your spouse" section? If so, I travelled a lot between Canada and my homeland, do I have to list them all or do the travels include all other countries except my homeland and Canada?

1) You ,your husband and each dependent child over the age of 18 years must have to fill out their own IMM5562 Supplementary Travel Info
2)You must have to list all of your travel history including homeland
