Supplementary Information: Your Travels (IMM 5562)

I've been travel between Mexico to USA for the last 10 years, I don't have all travels exactly I have 4 of 5 passports only so at least for around 6 months to 1 year I don't have those entries, I've made a request through FOIA to U.S. Customs and Border Protection online, but takes around 20-30 days to get back that information, Can I send my application with my best guest and make an explanation saying I'm waiting for this information (also I can add my Tracking num. request to FOIA) and as soon as I get it I'll sent it to CIC?

I would suggest you wait for that information. You can send a letter attached to you file stating that you are waiting for that information. But if I was at your place I would have waited for that information because missing 1 year of period can screw your whole file up. Chances are they will reject your file from CIO if they didn't get that missing information on time.
