I received the request for the supplementary information on behalf of getting my study permit.
In this form, there are questions related to my research/work activity in my home country which is Jordan. In the form, they mentioned my country as Iran which is wrong.

Shall I complete the form and submit it as it is or do I need to mention in every question related to "Iran" that I'm an Egyptian citizen?
or it's common to receive this form with Iran for all the middle east.
I tried to contact them to explain my issue but with no response
I have been waiting nearly for 1 month after receiving this form
