Is there anyone knows about this form? 5562?
is it necessary that the sponsor ( as for me is my husband who is Canadian citizen right now) fill this form?

Wait until you hear anything from them. However, there were few cases where spouse didn't fill that section being a sponsor and pr/citizen already. So, they were not returned.
