Hi everyone, may I have your thoughts please?
my brother is a Canadian permanent resident. he's set up his own company when he arrived Canada and got income from this company. However, neither he nor his wife and kids physically and permanently stay in Canada. His family has been in and out Canada for sufficient days to maintain their PR status only. Is he qualified to sponsor for my mother's super visa application?
Note: he meets the LICO requirement.
