Supervisa online app - Representative, release info, online rep

Hello,

We are applying online for supervisa for my inlaws...and have a couple of questions on representation:
1. IMM5475 - Authority to release info to designated individual
2. IMM5476 - Use of representative
3. IMM5713 - Use of family member representative for online applications

So here's our confusion...both my inlaws will be applying for supervisa through 1 CIC account...so i guess IMM5713 is required to indicate that my mother-in-law will allow my father-in-law (CIC account); to represent her in the online application.

My wife wants to apply on their behalf and be able to communicate to CIC on their behalf...so IMM5476 would be required to appoint my wife as a representative for BOTH my in-laws.

Questions:
1. If we submit IMM5476; do we still require to submit IMM5475? ie does IMM5476 superceed IMM5475?
2. Since we will be submitting IMM5475 (use of representative); in IMM5713 - do we indicate my wife as the main representative --- OR will it be still my father-in-law whose CIC account will be used to submit the application for both my inlaws?
3. Once these forms are submitted; can my wife (authorized representative) can submit the online application from Canada on behalf of her parents? Or her parents would still need to submit their application from their home country?

The way I understand it,

IMM 5475 and 5476 is for your father-in-law's authorisation from him to your wife.

And the IMM 5713 is for your mother-in-law's authorisation from her to your father-in-law.

Have you applied by submitting both IMM5713 aswell as IMM5476E (Use of representative). How did you do it?
IMM5713 --> as if your mother-in-law is providing authorization to your father-in-law
IMM5476E --> as if your father-in-law is asking your wife to authorize to help on application (Use of representative).

Could you please help me with info on how you proceeded? Was your application successful?

Not Necessary to be representative
But I will recommend to be representative , as In future if you need to ask any information on their behalf you can do that

Just wondering, my sister applied for visitor visa recently and got her Biometrics done on May 4th. She applied through travel company. They are not giving login id and password as they apply for all of their customers using same login. Now my question is, can I create a login and link my sister application so I can check status myself??

Would it be okay if I fill in my info in representative? I got confused with the clause that you need to be outside of canada...but I guess this is for people for whom we are applying? Correct
