Supervisa online account locked out

We have submitted an online application for my MIL for a Supervisa last August, 2017. By end of September, we got locked out of the account due to my MIL’s mistakes of password entry. We sent numerous request to cic to grant her access to the account again but they have not replied at all. She keeps receiving email notification that her online account has been updated but since she has no access, we do not know what the update was. We were hoping that cic will mail or email her any communication as it does show on their emails that they know when was the last time the account was accessed. We don’t know if we shall wait or just apply again. We need advice. Thanks in advance to anyone who could give us advice.
