We applied on September 12th, 2012. The medicals were requested in middle october, had medicals done on the 13th and Manila received the results on the 17th October. We are waiting since then. We emailed singpore visa office via email ( that is the only way, wish there was a phone no.) and they asked us to send the name of the clinic were medicals were done back in October 30th and that was the last we heard from them. What could be wrong? We are calling VFS, clinic, all they say is wait wait wait...it's almost 3 months. Can someone suggest where we can contact to get additional info as to where the documents are and what's taking long? My in-laws visited Canada two times before, this is the 3rd time they are applying.
