We applied for my inlaws supervisa in Oct 2021 - they got medical request and biometrics almost immediately and since then no update. We've tried contacting the embassy and can't reach them or receive a response on the web form. Has anyone received a supervisa from the Abu Dhabi office? Would you mind sharing your timeline?
