applied my parents supervisa timeline as under
Applied -21st January 2024.
Biometrics- 23 January 2024
Medical-upfront
Mother PPR- 8th February 2024
Father ( Main applicant)- still in review.

anyone know if this is unusual where the main applicant file is still under review and co-applicant got PPR?

This is quite common.
You should get the update in few days on the other applicant as well.

Yes, this happened to me in two instances.

In case of my parents, my father who was the primary applicant got the PPR after 4 days of my mother's.
In my in-laws case, there was a delay of 1 day. My FIL who was the primary applicant got the PPR after a day of my MIL.

Great thank you for the info. My luck with CIC is always F**** up. Never happened when the case close smoothly. I need to book the tickets for both of my parents but i am stuck in between since father's file is still open. But your reply gave me hope.

Biometrics updated- 02 February 2024
Medical still not updated on the files. Still says “No medical needed at this time…….”

Do they ask for medical or it get automatically updated once submitted by the doctors?

- Biometrics have been done in the visitor visa application 5 years ago.
- Medicals were done upfront.

There is no update in the application yet.

Medical is directly sent by the hospital. My application took 25 days for medical to be updated.
