Hello All,
I would like to apply my parents supervisa extension within canada by online application. I have go through all the requirement. when start the online application, given all the eligibility answer and start the application that time they asking me to submit medical document which i don't have cause last time when they have done their medical exam from the home country, we did not get any document for that and doctor submitted the reports direct to CIC New delhi.
Here is the list of documents they are asking me to upload documents in order to complete the online application. How do i get this two documents which i mention in the RED Colour?
