Supervisa documents submission help.

Hello,

Can anyone help me with this. I am trying to upload my mother's documents for supervisa through the IRCC portal. I have filled the forms and validated them, when I am trying to submit them it gives me this.

"The form could not be submitted because errors were found.
Error: We couldn't upload your file.

• Error Description: You have not completed all the mandatory fields or you have not completed them correctly. Make corrections where indicated."

I have checked and re-checked the forms, it is also happening with all the supporting documents. Can anyone please help me how to get through the next stage to submit the forms. I am just feeling so helpless now. Please help.
