Supervisa Application

Hello

I applied online super visa application for my father on September 24, 2015. Online cic account shows that the medical is under review but I haven't received any decision on the application. I wrote an email to delhi-immigration@international.gc.ca on Oct. 14, 2015 and got no response until now. What should I do? Is there any chances that the application can be misplaced?

Processing can take many months. It's very unlikely your application has been misplaced. Since you've already emailed them for an update, there's really nothing more you can do but wait.
