SUPERVISA AFTER THE medical !!!!!!!!!

Hello ,

my parents applied for there super visa on MAY/14 /2013 and got there medical form on MAY/27/2013
the medicals wore done on June/10 and was sent by the doctors office one June/18/2013 , since than we have been
waiting desperately for the answer.
we haven't received any additional medical stuff that has to be done and we haven't received any answers from them.

In the mean time I send them a letter too.

Can anyone please explain what could be the reason for delays.?
I know that had a strike but than its like 3 months now .

send them enquiry, ask them directly about the reason ,dnt forget to send them passport number,date of birth and Visa Application Number,

ask them status they will reply you.
