Applied for parents- 19 MAY 2021 (Upfront medical)

15 March 2022, Medical and bio metric check completed.
There is no update after that,

I Am thinking to reapply, could you guys recommend which portal should we apply this time ?

Also, what are pros and cons of both the portal ?

I applied last time through old portal took around 3 months
This time applied through new portal its been 3 months still waiting
